The Barazza ICON EXCLUSIVE 1FEVEVCN brings traditional oven cooking and adjustable steam into a compact built-in appliance with a 45 cm front height. Its matte black stainless steel finish is characteristic of the Exclusive line. A multilingual Touch Control programmer works with physical knobs, making the choice of function, temperature and time clear for everyday cooking. The 40-litre cavity gives useful room without the height of a conventional oven.

Cooking with steam

There are 18 manual functions and 30 automatic cooking programmes. Steam mode can be adjusted progressively from 35 to 100 °C, while the oven reaches a maximum of 250 °C. The 0.8-litre water tank remains accessible during cooking, so the steam system is practical to manage. Steam, hot air and combined modes offer several ways to prepare vegetables, baked dishes and other meals. Veggy mode can filter out automatic programmes based on meat or fish. The included temperature probe helps monitor the internal temperature of food when a precise target matters.

Cleaning and safety

The oven has an Easy Clean enamelled interior for simpler regular care. Its removable door contains four heat-reflecting glass panes, improving access for thorough cleaning. Soft-Close hinges cushion the final stage of closing. Tangential cooling helps protect adjacent kitchen furniture, and the interior light improves visibility while food is cooking. Side racks support the supplied trays and rack. An electronic child-safety lock helps avoid unintended changes to the controls.

Installation

Before preparing the cabinet, compare its dimensions with the official installation drawing. This shows the oven front, electrical connection, ventilation and the minimum clearances. The niche width shown is 560 mm, with a minimum depth of 550 mm. Follow the manufacturer’s drawing and installation instructions for the actual furniture and electrical connection. The combination of steam and conventional heating gives flexibility without requiring a second full-size appliance.
