Oven built-in CITY STEEL Multiprogram 90 cm

Barazza City Steel 1FCYP9 is a 90 cm built-in multiprogram oven designed for a wide cooking space. The current Barazza product page and 2025–2026 catalogue specify an 89-litre capacity, nine manual functions and a maximum temperature of 250 °C. Its satin stainless steel and black front suits kitchens that need a broad oven without changing the character of the City collection.

City Steel cooking and controls

The electronic digital programmer sets the start and end of cooking and provides a minute timer. The manual functions let you choose the appropriate heat distribution for the food. Barazza lists conventional and fan-assisted options, a circular heating element with fan, Eco cooking, and a grill with fan and rotisserie. This range allows you to select a mode for baking, roasting or grilling according to the recipe and the available shelf space. Two rear lights help you check the food while the door remains closed.

Interior, door and supplied equipment

The Easy Clean oven interior is intended to make routine cleaning easier. The door can be extracted and dismantled; it has three panes of heat-reflecting glass. Tangential cooling ventilation and side racks are part of the specified equipment. The oven is supplied with a rotisserie, one deep Easy Clean enamelled steel drip tray and two steel racks. These are the included pieces; pizza accessories and telescopic rails shown by Barazza are related accessories, not part of the standard equipment.

Space and installation

Barazza identifies this model as a 90 cm built-in oven with a front approximately 893 mm wide and 477 mm high. The installation drawing shows a cabinet opening 860 mm wide and 480 mm high and a minimum depth of 560 mm. Check the full technical drawing, ventilation clearances and electrical connection with the installer before preparing the cabinet. The maximum absorbed power is 3.5 kW and the energy rating is A. The 90 cm format is especially relevant when replacing a wide oven: compare the cabinet opening as well as the visible front, since these are different measurements. The installer should also confirm the appliance can be connected to the available electrical circuit.
