The Barazza ICON XL GLASS 1FICN9E is a spacious 90 cm built-in oven with glass front. Its 120-litre capacity accommodates large dishes and multiple portions, while the digital start and stop programmer makes timing straightforward.

Installation

The official drawing specifies installation dimensions and electrical connection. Installation should follow Barazza guidance and ventilation requirements. The wide cavity, side racks and rotisserie make the oven suitable for larger preparations.

Cooking with ICON XL GLASS

Barazza lists conventional upper and lower heat, a traditional grill, Maxi Grill and fan-assisted cooking among the manual options. Grill modes can be used with the supplied rotisserie. Choose the heat pattern according to whether the dish needs even cooking through the large cavity or stronger heat at the surface. The triple convection fan distributes hot air across the 120-litre interior. Two rear lights help monitor food without repeatedly opening the door.

The ICON XL GLASS 1FICN9E has a black-glass finish with dark grey door glass. The control front, knobs and handle use a Soft-Touch finish. The removable door has three heat-reflecting glass layers, while Easy Clean lining supports routine care. Barazza also specifies Soft-Close hinges and safety switch-off.
