Description
Barazza Lab Evolution 1PLE3D is a 120 cm gas hob in satin AISI 304 stainless steel. Its four Flat Eco-Design burners are arranged in a line. It supports standard built-in or flush installation.
The extra-thick stainless steel top, Soft-Touch Flat knobs and cast-iron pan supports combine durable materials with direct control. Different burner outputs let you match the flame to the pan and cooking task.
The standard built-in cut-out is 1140 × 490 mm (width × depth). For flush installation, the manufacturer drawing specifies a 1163 × 513 mm recess and a 1.2 mm lowering. Check all clearances and the marked connection positions on the drawing before cutting the worktop.

The official drawing gives Lab Evolution 1PLE3D an overall top size of 1160 × 510 mm (width × depth). This differs from the 1140 × 490 mm cut-out in the worktop. Flush mounting uses a separate recess. The 30.6 kg gross weight and package dimensions describe shipping, not the appliance's net weight.
