Barazza Lab Evolution 1PLE12ID is a 120 cm induction hob with 4 Octa zones in black glass ceramic and a satin AISI 304 stainless steel surround. Flat knobs with a Soft-Touch finish operate the zones.
Bridge joins adjacent zones for larger cookware, while Booster temporarily increases output. Automatic preheating, keep-warm and selective pan detection support everyday cooking.
