ICON STEEL vacuum sealer drawer built-in

Barazza Icon Steel 1CSEVS is a built-in vacuum sealer drawer with a satin stainless steel front. Its 15 cm module combines vacuum packing and bag sealing in a coordinated kitchen appliance. Use suitable bags for food storage or bags intended for cooking. The two bag types serve different purposes, so select the right one for each ingredient and preparation.

The drawer offers three vacuum levels for bags and three sealing levels. Three vacuum levels are also available when using a suitable container. An adapter for containers is included, while the container itself is a separate accessory. The Chef function supports marinating, maturation, cold infusion and essential oil extraction. These programmes let you choose a process appropriate to the food and the result you want.

Vacuum functions and controls

A digital Touch Control display manages the settings. Vacuum is generated by an oil pump. The chamber interior is stainless steel and its cover is tempered glass. Push-pull opening and telescopic runners make the drawer accessible. These details belong to the official specification of the exact 1CSEVS model, rather than to a similar Icon finish.

Dimensions and installation

The installation drawing shows a 596 mm wide front, an overall height of about 145 mm and a depth of 568 mm. The indicated cabinet opening is 560 mm wide and at least 556 mm deep. Packaging measures 650 × 650 × 220 mm.

Technical details and supplied accessories

Included equipment consists of 50 food storage bags, 50 cooking bags and the container adapter. Maximum absorbed power is 0.24 kW.
