The Barazza 1MOIV built-in microwave brings a Vintage stainless steel and black glass front to a compact 60 cm kitchen module. Its 25-litre cavity is designed for everyday reheating, defrosting and cooking when a full-size oven is unnecessary. A combination of microwave and grill functions makes the appliance useful for both quick meals and dishes that benefit from a browned finish. Six functions cover microwave cooking, grilling, combined microwave and grill cooking, quick start, timed defrosting and defrosting by weight. Weight-based defrosting can be set for food from 100 to 2,000 grams. Eight automatic programmes offer another way to select settings for different kinds of food. Use the removable raised grill rack when preparing dishes that need direct grill heat, and remove it for ordinary microwave cooking. The 31 cm turntable can also be lifted out.
